Edgar's RR

Edgar's RR has been mailed to Margaret today. Please let me know when it has arrived Margaret. Suzanne - I'm happy to receive Wendy Jo's before the next deadline if you finish your section earlier!

Edgar's RR

I think my needle has been smoking after my quick stitch on Edgar's RR. I received it on Tuesday morning and I put the last stitch into my section last night! As I had already stitched both the section next to Suzanne's and Deb's, I counted over from Suzanne's section. I like to stitch a different section on each piece if possible. I had to remove one small motif to fit in my initials - I hope this is ok Edgar?

Edgar's RR has now arrived safely in the UK! I will be making a start on my section shortly.

Edgar's Piece Has Arrived

Just a quick note to let you all know that Edgar's RR has arrived from Deb yesterday. I can't wait to get started on it.

Mailing Today - 9/4

Mine is going into the mail this morning via USPS Priority Mail. I think with the Holiday on Monday it should get to Deb by the middle of next week.

A little start

Here is my little start from the other evening....

This is the lower right section. I am shifting up some of the bits so I wanted to tackle this one myself. I am very pleased with the colours.

Another RR is Home

I received my RR from Wendy and I am just so pleased!!! Here is a snap -

This is number 4 home - only two more to go. Valerie's and Carol's. Thank you all for the great job everyone did.

Finally On It's Way

Edgar's RR is finally on it's way to Wendy in Canada. Sorry to be running so late again. This one was fun to stitch too since I'd never used Vikki Clayton silk before and the variegation is so pretty.

Edgar's RR in SF

Edgar's RR is in SF but not home. I think it's so funny that his RR is so close to home...just up the highway really but will head to another country before heading back to SF! I received the RR from Carol and will start it this week hopefully. It'll head to Wendy once my part is complete.

A smokin' needle!

My needle has really been smokin' since I received Edgar's RR and I have already finished my section! And it's in the mail to Valerie. Sorry for the creases but it was iron it and miss the Post Office or take a picture and mail it now. I chose the latter.

I think that Edgar's RR is the last one I have to stitch on so now I have to wait patiently for mine to come home.

Just to let Edgar (and Donna) know that his RR has arrived safely in the UK and I thought you (Edgar) would like to see how it looks before I start my section! Gorgeous eh?

Where I am at with RRs

Just thought I would check in to let you know what is happening with the four RRs I had/have in my possession.

Donna's RR has been sent to Valerie today
Edgar's RR and my own RR have been sent to Donna today

I still have Carol's RR to stitch, and I will post that onto Donna once done (it will be at least a few weeks away as I need to work on another RR first).

I've been thinking...

I received Carol's and Edgars RRs today (thanks Edgar), so I now have four RRs. Donna's which is due out on 21 October to Valerie, Carol's restitch, Edgar's restitch and my own restitch.

Rather than sending them all onto Donna, should I send them in different directions as I finish them (to make the robin 'round' again)? I am going to work hard at getting them all done as soon as I can.

Let me know what your thoughts are.
